Properties Active Entity Interests	Direct, fee ownership of commercial and residential properties. Joint ventures and other interests in real estate companies in which we take an active role.
Passive Interests	Discounted Tenant-In-Common, REIT, Limited Liability Company, Limited Partnership, and other real estate securities interests.
Credit Enhancements Guaranteed Returns	Balance sheet support to help owners obtain financing and avoid foreclosure. Guarantees of specified minimum returns from the sale of real estate assets at absolute auctions.
