Properties We will purchase commercial and residential properties within the continental U.S. Targeted assets generally include those that can be acquired at some discount to market value based on:

  • Seller stress/financial pressure
  • Temporarily depressed market conditions
  • Need for renovation; environmental remediation; rezoning or repositioning; loan workout or litigation resolutions; tenanting and/or tenant improvement work; or other actions in order to create cash flow and/or sales value 
  • Inability to access debt or equity capital.

While current cash flow is not a requisite, there must be strong, near-term income and/or appreciation potential.
