We focus on ways to improve property performance, reduce carbon emissions, and conserve water and other resources.  U.S., commercial buildings are one of the largest consumers of electricity and drinking water, and a major waste producer. With only a modest investment, building owners can reduce electricity, water and gas consumption, and increase NOI by driving down costs and raising rents and occupancies.  Better constructed and operated buildings are more efficient; cost less to run and maintain; and appeal to tenants seeking greater cost control and healthier environments. As more and more tenants demand green environments, property owners with older, less efficient buildings will lose competitive advantage and market share.

We are also a co-founder of the Green Buildings Innovation Program.  The Program is a venture with the not-for-profit, Santa Fe Business Incubator, a highly renowned launch site for new enterprises. The Program was created to attract to incubators companies with green technologies or services for commercial and residential properties. The venture underscores our commitment to the environment through technology and change.
