Andrew T. Nichols - Mr. Nichols has over 40 years experience in the real estate industry as a principal, investor, real estate investment banker, and attorney. He has been involved in well over $1.5 Billion of projects, and his experience includes property and loan acquisitions; management and servicing; turnarounds and workouts; underwriting and analyses; finance; and syndications. Mr. Nichols is the founder and President of Integrated Holdings, LLC, our affiliated investment company, and a founder and CEO of Fox-Integrated Asset Services, LLC, our auction firm affiliate. In 2005, Mr. Nichols co-founded BGK-Integrated Group (BIG), which became a leading sponsor of real estate securities offerings. From 2006 through 2009, BIG raised of over $120 million of equity; acquired over $300 Million (approximately 2,656,245 square feet) of office, multi-family, retail, and light industrial properties in 10 states; and built a base of almost 18,000 FINRA-member broker-dealer firms, registered representatives and other securities professionals. In 2010, Mr. Nichols structured the sale of controlling interest in BIG’s affiliated companies to a NYC– based investment fund. Mr. Nichols was the founder of the Integrated Total Solutions Alliance, a joint venture between the world-wide real estate brokerage firm, CB Richard Ellis and GoIndustry/Michael Fox International, one of the world’s leading auction, asset valuation, disposition and management firms. Mr. Nichols was a managing director of GoIndustry/Michael Fox International, and ran its Miami office.  In 2009, he co-founded the Green Buildings Innovation Program with the Santa Fe Business Incubator.  Mr. Nichols is passionate about sustainable technology and investing, and the Innovation Program is designed to help grow young companies with innovative solutions for making buildings healthier and more efficient.  Mr. Nichols has also authored articles on sustainable real estate.  He is a New York State real estate broker and licensed as an attorney in New York, New Jersey and Florida. He is also a member of the Real Estate Investment Securities Association (REISA).

William Z. Fox - Mr. Fox has been in the auction business since 1961, and has conducted real estate and machinery and equipment auctions involving over $1 Billion of assets throughout the United States, Canada and around the world.  He is a founder and Chairman of Fox-Integrated Asset Services, our auction firm affiliate, and a Managing Director of Guaranty Programs for Integrated Holdings, LLC, our affiliated investment company.  He is also the Chairman and CEO of Fox  Residential Auctions, LLC. Mr. Fox was the Co-Founder and immediate past Chairman of GoIndustry-DoveBid, plc, an international, Internet based asset disposition, valuation and management company with 45 offices in 25 countries around the world. Based in London, GoIndustry-DoveBid is a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange and the parent company of Baltimore-based Michael Fox International, Inc. (now known as GoIndustry-DoveBid North America), one of the United States’ largest commercial and industrial real estate and machinery auction companies. He is past President and Chairman of the Board of the Auction Marketing Institute, and is a charter member of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI).  Mr. Fox was a member of the teaching faculty of the CAI program at Indiana University for over 20 years, is a past member of the Board of Directors of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), a past President of the Auctioneers Association of Maryland, and a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the NAA Education Institute.  He lectures at seminars sponsored by the NAA and is a sought after speaker at auction and real estate industry association meetings throughout the country.  Mr. Fox is co-author of the book, SOLD! The Professional’s Guide to Real Estate Auctions and has authored numerous articles on the auction method of marketing.  In July 2005, he was inducted into the National Auctioneers Hall of Fame in Kansas City, Missouri.  Mr. Fox is also a lawyer, a licensed real estate broker and is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations.  Other business activities include a 5‑year career in the securities industry as a senior executive with two New York Stock Exchange member firms.  Academically, Mr. Fox attended the University of North Carolina, Johns Hopkins University and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law.

John Mabry - Mr. Mabry has substantial experience in the real estate and auction industries. He is a founder and the President of Fox-Integrated Asset Services, our auction firm affiliate, and a Managing Director of Guaranty Programs for Integrated Holdings, LLC, our affiliated investment company. Mr. Mabry is also the President and COO of Fox Residential Auctions, LLC responsible for business generation, operations, production and execution of live auctions. He was the founder and President of Apex Properties Corporation a company that specialized in the acquisition, rehabilitation, management and disposition of multiunit residential properties. Mr. Mabry has been in the auction industry since 2005, and has conducted real estate auctions throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. He holds the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) designation and is enrolled in the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) class of 2011. He lectures at seminars that educate Real Estate agents, sellers and buyers about the benefits of the auction process.  Mr. Mabry is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy.  He spent several years serving as an Officer aboard various Naval Warships.  Prior to leaving the Navy, he was invited to return to the Naval Academy to teach Strategy and Tactics and Introduction to Naval Science which included open ocean sailing and ship handling.  While teaching at the Naval Academy he received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.  Mr. Mabry remains active with the Smith School of Business as a guest speaker and a member of their Baltimore City advisory board.
